Orders are reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Orders are only confirmed once shipped, and we reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if necessary (refunds will be issued if canceled).
We offer free shipping on orders over US$70. A US$10 shipping fee applies to orders under US$70. Standard delivery typically takes 14 business days, with remote areas requiring an additional 1–2 days. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and each order can be delivered to one address only. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. After shipment, any address changes must be arranged directly with the courier, and additional fees may apply. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer needs to bear the return of delivery cost.
